Mr. Hemant Mundhra
Hemant Mundhra has been in Dubai for more than 20 years and is the Co-Founder of The TotalCFO. He has around 30 years of experience as Chartered Accountant and Management Accountant in various industries and corporate groups such as Al Tayer Group, Saif Al Ghurair Group, Dhabi Group, Aditya Vikram Birla Group, among others.
He has a hands-on understanding of Profitability & Cost drivers, Restructuring of debts, Contracts Management and Risk & Compliance of local laws. He has grossed up savings and increase in profitability of approx. USD 47.5m in his career so far.
He is a confident public speaker and Distinguished Communicator. His favourite quote, “You get what you reward for. If you want ants to come, you put sugar on the floor”(by Charlie Munger).He believes that ‘Profit has its own intelligence’.

Mr. Tushar Agarwal
Mr. Tushar Agarwal, with extensive expertise in Tax Advisory, Accounting, and Business Solutions and memberships of University of Delhi, ICAI (India), ACCA (UK) and CPA (USA). Since the inception of VAT in UAE, Tushar has been instrumental in VAT advisory, assisting numerous corporations in devising their VAT implementation processes. His collaboration with esteemed entities, including prominent firms like Estee Advisors and Credit Suisse, showcases his rich background. Always adopting a client-centric approach, Tushar’s seasoned insights inspire both our teams and clients. His primary business focus includes advising clients on establishing business vehicles and offers various accounting structures including ancillary management services.
